Processing time

Because all products ship directly from our overseas suppliers, delivery may take 10-15 days, depending on destination and customs.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and chosen shipping method.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Some international dropshipped items may have limited tracking visibility until they reach your local delivery network.
Customs and import charges
For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country on arrival. These are outside our control and not included in the item or shipping price.
Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@uchesonco.com with your order number and we’ll investigate with the carrier/supplier and arrange a resolution.
